TAMARA DELISLE

A life defined by service and global perspective has shaped Tamara’s career, which is dedicated to developing the next generation of innovators. Raised in a military family that traveled across the United States and Italy, Tamara later entered military service herself and married into the military community. These experiences cultivated a profound sense of adaptability and leadership that continues to define her professional approach. 

Her academic foundation includes a BS in Human Resource Management, which informs her strategic view of organizational growth and talent development. Following her transition to the classroom, she earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and initially focused on Social Studies. However, her passion for technical literacy led her to pivot into the world of STEM, where she now serves as a robotics educator and head coach. 

Over the past several years, Tamara has helped lead her district's microelectronics integration efforts, prioritizing vertical alignment to bridge learning gaps across grade levels. As a Teacher Fellow and coach with SCALE K-12, she remains at the forefront of educational excellence, dedicated to empowering the next generation of thinkers and problem solvers.
